WHAT IS THE STORY ?

5%. After thirty years that is all we have left. 5% of all the Northern Lapwing we once had in Norway. The changes in the landscape, in the agricultural pratices, the way we care or don't about nature, have led the Lapwing to be in critical risk of extinction in the country.

To prevent that, Birdlife Norway has started a conservation project in collaboration with the landowners, farmers and a lot of volunteers to protect this species the best we can. It requires a lot of efforts, tools and energy.

By buying this print, you support the work of all this people in the field for the preservation of this emblematic species.
